The game is nice, but when I was at 32 days, I couldn't do anything new, so I Quit the game (although it was very addictive)... and bonsai_kitty17. the answer to your question is: The caffeine pills gives you more time. when you have an automatic clock and caffeine-pills, you don't need to sleep at all, so you can have more time to earn money, gicht etc. in 24 hours... so it means that you never sleep (unhealty by the way)
